The App communicates with the SpotyPal device via Bluetooth.
If your smartphone is within a Bluetooth range from the device, SpotyPal can find it, establish a connection, keep the location information and alert the device. If your SpotyPal device is out of range, the App will display the place where the connection was lost. This is the best place for you to start looking for your missing item. Once the connection is re-established, you can see how strong the signal is and alert your item. If your item is completely lost, report it to the Crowd-fιnding community. Then if a SpotyPal user passes near your item, you will be immediately notified of its location. The procedure is anonymous and respects the users' privacy.
