False alerts might occur due to temporary obstacles. Within SpotyPal, we have two ways to solve this issue:
Deactivate the Separation alert. Click on the device in the SpotyPal App to enter its page (where you ring the device). On the top of the screen, you will see an icon with the bell. Click on this icon to deactivate the Separation alert. To activate it again, click on the icon one more time. Set the "Separation alert delay time" option in the device settings to avoid false alerts that may occur due to the temporary obstacles. The default value is 30 sec.
